The mission of the Boston College Work Order Center is to provide the highest quality customer service and campus communications for the students, faculty and staff at Boston College. We serve the community on many levels and provide customer feedback and comments to our partners in the Facilities Management Division. The WOC processes and handles over 30,000 work requests each year and provides emergency and event coverage for all of the Boston College community.

The Boston College Facilities Work Order Center serves the University during business hours and special events as a point of contact for facilities work tickets, emergency dispatching, and campus key pick ups. The Work Order Center staff strives to provide a high-level of customer service and communication to the ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ community. The Work Order Center has three full-time attendants, processes 30,000 work tickets annually, and is located at 300 Hammond Pond Parkway.
