Audrey supports the Career Exploration Cluster by providing individualized career coaching to undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent alumni who are seeking support in exploring career interests and reflecting on their unique skill sets.

Before joining the Career Center team, Audrey spent several years working in human services roles at local nonprofits, schools, and a state hospital. She is passionate about addressing social inequities, destigmatizing mental health, and celebrating body neutrality. Audrey graduated from the Boston College School of Social Work with her Master鈥檚 degree in Social Work in May 2025. She completed the Clinical Track with an emphasis on Latinx Communities and Mental Health. Originally from San Diego, California, Audrey earned her Bachelor鈥檚 Degree in Communication Studies and Spanish Studies out West.

Outside of work, Audrey loves to go thrifting, try new restaurants, visit national parks, and listen to audiobooks鈥攕end any and all recommendations her way!

Fun Fact

隆Se habla espa帽ol! Audrey is a bilingual Spanish speaker who learned the language as a volunteer in the D.C. area during her undergraduate years. She has used Spanish throughout her undergraduate and graduate education, field placement experiences, and volunteer opportunities.

Coaching Style

My approach to coaching focuses on trusting that each student is the expert in their own experience. You likely already have the answers! My goal is to be your guide in finding a meaningful career path that aligns your values with your professional goals.

Tara oversees the Exploration career cluster, supporting students who are undecided about their future academic or professional goals. She encourages students to reflect on their unique strengths, skills, and values as they explore a variety of industries and occupations. Tara also manages the Career Center鈥檚 Peer Career Coaching Program.

Tara joined the Boston College Career Center team in 2021. Prior to arriving at Boston College, Tara instructed externship and career readiness courses at Roxbury Community College. Tara also worked for twelve years at the Boston Private Industry Council where she managed career exploration and internship programs for Boston Public School students. She holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Political Science from Northeastern University and a master鈥檚 in Public Administration from Suffolk University.

In her free time, Tara enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Coaching Style
I really enjoy getting to know my students and learning about their unique backgrounds. I try to create an environment where exploring potential careers is fun and exciting, not stressful!

Julianne leads career exploration within the Career Center, working to develop and strengthen initiatives to help students聽connect their skills, interests, and values to possible career paths. In addition to coaching students individually, she visits many classrooms to lead reflective workshops. Julianne worked in media at the Boston Red Sox and WGBH before transitioning to higher education. Prior to joining聽the Career Center team, she held student-facing roles at UC Davis and Brandeis University. Julianne graduated from Boston College with bachelor's degrees in communication and film studies and holds two master's degrees, one in women & gender studies from Brandeis University and another in sociology from UC Davis. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and beagle.
